New to Mixx? So am I. I didn’t know about it before I stumbled upon an article about it on Massive Press. Just a few weeks back I noticed a favicon icon they added. I’d been free this week, and mornings at home are really boring, so I thought about working on designing the Mixx favicon icon.

Read more about Mixx, or read the article about it on Wikipedia and AboutUS.

This glossy Mixx Favicon Icon is created from scratch using Photoshop. The zipped pack contains 256×256 (approx. dimensions) PNG images, which you can use for free, on your sites, blogs, projects etc. provided you stick to the terms of use displayed below and within the pack.

Please download the multiple dimensions icons from the High Gloss Web 2.0 Icons post.

@Raphy: Let’s see, using that mentality, Google is a clone of Archie! Facebook is a clone of Friendster! Yahoo is a clone of AOL! YouTube wasn’t the first video-sharing site, they just did it better.
Allow for SOMEONE to improve upon the areas where Digg is lacking. If not, we will be forever doomed to have version 1.0 sites!
I don’t know why the Digg crowd insists on calling everything a “clone” instead of encouraging competition which only makes things better.
