I am a huge fan of the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) franchise by Rockstar Games. The first GTA I had played was GTA 2 which is a sequel to the original GTA and GTA London. I was totally hooked to it because of the massive map and open game play, and at that time I hadn’t seen a game that good.
In May 2002 Rockstar Games released Grand Theft Auto 3 (GTA 3) and in July 2006 Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (GTA: VC) for PC which allowed changing the appearance of the player by editing a Bitmap format skin.
I don’t play games often because of busy life, work and stuff, you know how it is. I had designed a few skins back then and put it up for download on my old hobby site and on Filefront. I thought I’d share these skins for those of you who still have a copy of the games and still play them.
I haven’t updated the documentations within the zipped pack, so some links may be out dated.
Download the GTA 3 player skin pack which contains 1 skin to change the look of Fido.

Download the GTA: Vice City player skin pack which contains 9 different skins to change the look of Tommy Vercetti.
